Hammer Fist is an easy to learn self defense system that can be learned in weeks not years. Besides empty hand skills we also cover basic and improvised weapons.
Classes are Monday and Wednesday:
9:30am - 10:30 am
7:00pm - 8:00 pm
Friday
9:30 - 10:30am Weapons Only Training.
No Contracts

Private or Small Group (Adults or Kids)
I teach Hammer Fist at my Dojo or a location of your choice. Private lesson are a great way to learn and if you do with a friend you can share the cost and have a partner to workout with on off days.
Cost $40 and Hour for 1 person and add $10 an hour for each additional person.
Private Training can be Weekly training or a 8- Week/Hour course.
